At LS Precision, we are committed to delivering your farm, outdoor, and sporting goods safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
 

1. Order Processing
 

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom, oversized, or special‑order items may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
 

We offer several shipping options based on product type and destination:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated 2–3 business days

  • Oversized / Heavy Item Shipping – Rates vary based on weight and size
     

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address.
 

3. In‑Store Pickup
 

Local customers may choose free in‑store pickup at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
 

4. Delivery Restrictions
 

Certain items—such as firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, or oversized equipment—may have:

  • Additional shipping requirements

  • Age verification requirements

  • Delivery restrictions based on state or federal regulations
     

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you immediately.
 

5. Tracking Your Order
 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
 

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • We will work with you to replace or refund the affected items
